    <p>He founded Policy Matrix and Red Lantern Analytica to amplify Policy and research work. Previously, he  worked as a Research and Policy Analyst for Members of Parliament. He holds expertise on matters of public policy, parliamentary research and key legislative analysis. He has been recently part of NITI Aayog’s Atal Innovation Mission – Mentor for Change. Earlier he was associated with Uchicago Center and worked on specific project formulation. He was also Strategic Consultant for Bangalore based Fin-Tech Start Up CREDY.IN. Also he played the key role in research activities for coveted “Anubhav Lecture Series” by UChicago Center. He was part of the prestigious LAMP Fellowship 2015-16 programme by PRS Legislative Research. Abhishek holds Post Graduation Diploma in Urban Planning and Development from IGNOU, New Delhi. He completed his Bachelor in Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.

He is also a published author on various national issues on platforms like The Hindu, Huff Post, First Post, Governance Now, Business Standard, etc.

    Currently pursuing his MA in Diplomacy, Law & Business from Jindal School of International Affairs, OP Jindal Global University, Sonepat, Bhavdeep has previously worked with Teach For India, Narendra Modi’s National Election Campaign 2019, and has even practiced law at the Punjab & Haryana High Court. He has also interned with Mr. Anurag Singh Thakur (Member of Parliament and MoS Finance & Corporate Affairs), Mr. Ninong Ering (MLA, former MP & Union Minister) and Chase India, a leading public policy consulting firm based in New Delhi.

An avid reader and debater, Bhavdeep has been a part of over 35 Model UN Conferences across the country, along with 10 Parliamentary Debates across North India. He also holds a certification on Nuclear Law & Policy by TERI University and has also been a delegate at Harvard US-India Initiative. Bhavdeep has also represented Punjab state at National Badminton Championships during his school time.
His research areas include, but are not limited to, defense policy and strategy, nuclear proliferation, terrorism & counterterrorism, and international organizations. He has an immense interest in exploring the geopolitics of the Middle East and South Asia, with a special focus on India’s relationship with its neighboring countries.

Hariharan Chandrashekaran

    Hariharan Chandrashekaran is currently pursuing his Master of Arts in Diplomacy, Law, and Business from O.P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat. He has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications from Jain University, Bengaluru. His areas of interest are BRI, International Economics; South-South Cooperation and Area studies of Indo – Pacific. He is also currently engaged in learning Mandarin.

    Sheetal is a post-graduation student at O.P Jindal Global University (JGU), pursuing a two-year long Master’s in Diplomacy, Law and Business from Jindal School of International Affairs (JSIA). 

On campus, she is a Research intern with the Jindal Centre for Global South, where she puts policy-oriented research into the social, economic and political key concerns that exists across the countries belonging to the Global South.
After completing her undergraduate degree from Sophia College, Mumbai (Autonomous) with a Majors in Political Science and History, she started working on commentary formulation on the National Education Policy of 2019, which was later submitted to the Ministry of Human Resource Development, during her internship at The Rasich Group (TRG).
Through her time as an intern at Red Lantern Analytica (RLA), Sheetal hopes to gain experience in Communications and Outreach, Research and Editorial while primarily focusing on conducting primary research on China and its geopolitical relations with its neighbours, India’s foreign policy towards China and India’s strategic hedging against China.

Aditya Kumar

    My name is Aditya Kumar. I am completing my Master's degree in International Relations from Jindal School of International Affairs. My research areas include China's aggressive rise within the international dynamics,  the US foreign policy and the functioning of the internal states with regards to the external forces in the Middle East. I've previously interned as a junior editor at Quint, which has helped me in understanding the drawbacks of information outlay and sorting out pressing issues that needs to be published. At RLA, my focus will be on US-China relations and the impact of Chinese foreign and domestic policies on social, economic and political factors.

    Hello everyone, 

I am Anmol Jain, completed M.A. Public Policy from O.P. Jindal Global University (2018), and Political science (h) from Delhi University (2015).
As a young policy aspirant, I try to learn and unpack new dimensions of different policies and Policy issues- Education, Gender, Sustainable Development etc. In recent past I exclusively worked on Inclusive Education- tried to set up a relation between inclusive policy, inclusive practices and inclusive culture on the basis of UDL in classroom between teachers and students by mapping the Inclusive education landscape of India. At RLA, I’m indulging myself in unpacking of India and China issue as a part of research vertical.

Mandeep Singh Choudhary

    Mandeep Singh Choudhary 

Currently pursuing his MA in Diplomacy, Law & Business from Jindal School of International Affairs, OP Jindal Global University, Sonipat, Mandeep has previously worked with former MP Sushmita Dev for All India Mahila Congress as a research scholar. He has also interned with Centre For Air Power Studies (CAPS), an autonomous defence based research think thank where he wrote a paper on the Warlords of Afghanistan and their role in democratization.
An avid reader and speaker, Mandeep has been a part of over 20 Model UN conferences where he has served as both, delegate and executive board member. As an undergraduate student in English Literature from Delhi University, he has worked for Hindustan Times and Punjab Today. He has also written and presented several papers on Gender Roles in Literature in Delhi University.
His research areas include, but are not limited to, Israel-Palestine Conflict, the socio-cultural politics of the Middle East and South Asia, defence policy and terrorism. He has an immense interest in exploring different critical imaginations that use Literature, Philosophy, and Social Sciences, to study International Relations.

Pratyush Manoj Nair is currently pursuing his Master's in Diplomacy, Law and Business from OP Jindal University, Sonipat. He completed his undergraduation in English, Political Science and History from Christ University, Bangalore. He has worked at think tanks such as United Sevices Institution (USI), New Delhi where he dedicated his time to reserach on the Kashmir Insurgency and the Pakistani network of terror within Kashmir. He has also worked with the Vivekananda International Foundation (VIF). During his stint at VIF, he worked on Myanmar and created a database on the Civil War that has engulfed the country for the past 72 years. He also worked on India's growing trend of using 'Defence Diplomacy' as a tool of International Relations. Pratyush has a keen interest in writing and has written various articles and papers on the numerous issues that are there in the International Sphere. He has also successfully finished his dissertation in the Kashmir Insurgency. Owing to his interest in academics, Partyush has also done certificate courses on topics such as National Security, Strategic Studies, Maritime Security etc. Apart from academics, Pratyush is also a strong sportsperson. He has played Basketball for his college and school at various levels. He has also participated in various extra-curricular activities throughout such as debate, extempore etc. His area of research largely includes Strategic Studies, National Security, CI-CT Ops and International terrorism. He has also worked upon Islam and how the religion plays out in the Kashmir valley. He is very keen in Chinese studies as well. As part of this, Partyush is also keen student of the Mandarin language. At RLA, Partyush shall be working on the hegemonic rise of China and how it threatens the current world order.     Natbar Rai is pursuing a Post Graduate Degree in Engineering from Govind Ballabh Pant Engineering College. He frequently writes for campus magazine Campus Chronicle. 

He holds an expertise in Indo-China relations. He is also extensively involved in human rights advocacy.
